Aunt Rose when I was young, from Dolores Engle

Aunt Rose was always a hard worker, but she was also a kind and fun person to be around. I remember the little store she had in her basement of her home. She would let me pick out whatever candy I liked. I thought that was really cool! I remember Aunt Rose letting my mom have my sixteenth birthday party in her garage. I think she was as happy as I was. She also invited me to Bill's graduation in St. Louis, which was a lot of fun. I can only remember good things about Aunt Rose and her smiling face. She loved her children and her family and was very proud of them. I will miss her. Her niece, Dolores Engle.
